I do not even know where to start to explain how awesome Casey is as a person and of course as a Realtor. I must say Realtors in general have a tough job and she is the best. Not only was I trying to sell my house but I was going through some personal stuff as well and Casey was so cool and understanding and very Patient. Casey and I discussed everything from price to what things I could do to ready the house for sale. I always felt like she really wanted my input at all times and I knew that she would get my house sold. Casey did an awesome marketing campaign and the photographer she uses is awesome too. I was nervous the house would not sell in a timely manner or at all which was ridiculous on my end, but Casey was always positive and made me feel assured everything would work out and it sure did. I had an offer the third day my house was on the market and I could not be happier with the results. If you need a realtor do not look any further than Casey, she is the best!

I enjoyed buying property with Casey so much I ended up doing it twice...
I was looking for some land to build a super efficient residential unit or duplex for both family use and rental income. Ideally I wanted something in Duluth or along the North Shore. My budget was small and I was not looking to build anything too quickly. Casey helped me get an urban infill lot in Silver Bay very close to the Superior Hiking Trail.
Because Casey knew what I was looking for she actually contacted me about another property that came up for sale in Duluth. While I was not looking for another property, this one was exceptional. Casey helped me put together a competitive bid and we won bidding. This was an exceptional and rare property, and was only on the market for a week.
I only got this property because Casey was well informed and proactive. I appreciate her responsiveness and knowledge in the region. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
